Long omnipresent on television, in film, and on stage, Serge Thériault has left his mark on several generations in iconic works such as 'Ding et Dong', 'Paul et Paul', 'La petite vie', 'Les Boys', and 'Gaz Bar Blues'. But behind his public image, a mystery has developed: for the past ten years, Serge has withdrawn from the world, living as a recluse in Joliette. After attempting a return to public life in 2023, Serge plunged back into depression, refusing to leave his room. The documentary captures this pivotal moment when, marked by illness and time, Serge agrees to open up, no longer through images, but through his voice, in a gesture of great sincerity.
