Urban Menace features JT Storm, Fat Joe, Ice-T, Big Punisher, and Karen Dyer. A preacher named Caleb, pushed to madness by the tragic loss of his wife and children, as well as the destruction of his church, embarks on a brutal quest for revenge against the crime syndicate leaders (Fat Joe and Big Punisher) and their accomplices who caused his suffering.
