L'Amour the Merrier

This Noveltoons (in-house production number P 16-6) goes on location (via the drawing board) in France where there is a matchmaker who will bring together any two people of the opposite sex---for a fee. He might even, for a larger fee, fore-go the gender issue. He manages to get Hector into some situations Hector hasn't seen before.
